When was the last time you looked at the sunrise, felt the breeze with you arms wide open, just sat doing nothing but looking at a tree shedding leaves. People miss a lot, and sometimes big time, but is it all worth it? Someone ones told me "mujhe pata hi nahi chala ki kab meri beti badi hogayi" (i did not know when did my daughter grew up).
We all are a part of that rat race which will lead us to a luxury life, cars, branded clothes, high funda life, but in all this......do we even realize what do we miss? Do we also realize that all that we are running behind to earn, we leave it back in the world when we go (i know its just too philosophical).
We all live in the competitive world. Even if you are a person who don't want to be a part of this horrendous, ambitious, showoff world......without your knowledge you just become a part of that world.......
There are people around who wear pretty dresses and you don't want to look like a rag picker.....you dress presentable, a car, a job, a house, few pieces of jewelry, some investments, latest gadgets......man!! the list just goes on.....
I just wonder if a mother will hate her children if they don't have these? I met someone a few days ago who bought a BMW and was so proud to take his mother around. She sat in the car, put her head towards one side and seemed sad. I slowly tried to figure out as to why she is sad......she just told me that i love looking outside when i travel, this car seats are so low i cant see anything. Small things in like huh!!
I have no solution to this as everyone has priorities in life. That priority decides if you are part of the rat race or not. Life gives everyone a fair chance. Make use of it.
